unsecapp.exe - please someone

Can anyone tell me what this process is all about? I have Windows XP Pro SP2. I do not host a server. This process is always present and I want to know why and what it is. Can someone please let me know?

Than you for the links. I looked through all those before abd this is what I do not get.
This process seems to run on Server 2003 and similar. I have 2 computers running XP Pro. One has the process and the other one does not. That makes it very confusing. Is there a reason that this process would run on a computer? I have never seen this process before.

 

It seems to be an inherrant part of WMI, and has been around for a long time.
