Unsure Malware Name

Hi! i have been having a malware problem, and i believe that it may be trojan.vundo because my mcafee have been detecting it over and over again. everytime i open my firefox it does not load pages unless i close a rundll32.exe, and restart explorer.exe, when i can use firefox i keep on getting pop-ups, also when i use IE. please help on my problem, if my problem is not trojan.vundo please help me to find out.
