Unzip multiple zip files within a zip file?

Sorry for the confusing title

Basically I have a zip file which contains hundreds of other zip files. Is there anyway of selecting the zip files and decompressing the contents of each to a folder.

I use WinRar and can't see any easy way of doing this, other than one at a time. Is there anyway or application that can automate this process

There is a Freebie entitled 'Unziplify' out there somewhere that will possibly do the job. But I have to say that I am not sure about zips in zips. Give it a go after you search for it and install it.I use it to quickly unzip all single zips in a single folder and it works OK. Worth a try i guess.
