Upgrade To Windows 10 Pro, Version 1511, 10586.

That version (1511, 10586) is the November 2015 update.

Microsoft is rolling out version 1607 build 14393.10 in stages and one week after the 8/2 release, there was a patch that brought the build to 14393.51.

Of course to get the Anniversary Update, your previous version must be up to date and fully patched.

I, personally, like some of the new features that were added to the Anniversary Update.

Not really. Like I said version 1607 is being rolled out in stages to cut down on the server's load.

As to your just getting 1511, I can't speak to that unless you deferred upgrades in the Settings because you're on a metered connection.
