upgradeing my pc

the specs of my pc is below. sometimes when playing hidden object games it is slow and judders i would like to upgrade my pc/ graphics/ram etc if need be but do not know where to start or what to buy, please help

hi, just had a quick browse there..and if you want to play modern games you definitely need to start with your graphics card
however you havent given us any clue what sort of budget you have..how competent at working with computer parts you may be etc

what exactly do you want out of your pc?? what sort of games do you want to play?? this could be as easy as just upgrading your graphics card or getting a whole new set-up m/board cpu ram the full works!!!!

 

i just want to upgrade my graphics card if that is all i need to do. i only play HOG games and use photo software. i have a lot of help with fitting new hardware.

 

I think you have the RAM installed wrong.

RAM should probably be in A1 and A2 or B1 and B2 not 1 stick in A and another in B.

just giving you a "I 2nd the RAM" upgrade

 

DO NOT move your memory. For dual channel mode that motherboard wants you to have 1 stick each in A1+B1 or A2+B2. Moving both sticks to all A or all B puts the memory into Single Channel mode (a bit less performance).

As for upgrading your video card, what's your budget? You can get decent cards from $100 up to $500. Where does your budget fall in that range?
