    Hello Everyone,
Today I am interested in upgrading my network speed. I realize in order to have a network running at 1000 Mbps you need a 10/100/1000 mbps ethernet card and wire capable of 1000 Mbps. So how can I tell if my modem is capable or which modem I should use. If anyone could help me this would be greatly appreciated. Also Any Info. on if fiber optic networking would be better or the same. I am currently at 100 Mbps.

    Thanks Greatly.
