Urgent help needed with trojan vundo

I don't know how I actually came to get this virus. My computer is a desktop Dell running XP...

my processes (provided by hijackthis) are attached

i get flooded with millions of internet explorer pop-ups for "spyware removal"
and the computer runs as slow as anything...

"windows has detected an internet attack attempt" is the most common pop-up i get...

any other information i would gladly give to you if you need it in diagnosing / fixing my problem.

any help is gladly appreciated. =)
