Use my computer as an irc Proxy

Hi,

I was wondering how i could turn my pc into a irc proxy.

I have one pc in one house that is not behind a firewall and is on almost 24/7 and another pc that is behind a firewall in student accommodation.

I had a program that i had to pay for last year that did this but instead of connecting to my own computers it connected to their servers.

What i want to do is connect to my pc via port 80 and have my other pc then send it to port 6667.

Any ideas?

 

how exactly would i be able to use a virtual server to do this
