used read & run, explorer dep still problem

Hey guys this is the first time ive tried to fix a problem myself its proving annoying to say the least, any help would be appreciated.

I opened a torrent recently and ended up with various Trojans/Virus's which i managed to remove initially with ad-aware se and AVG.

However i now have a problem with Internet Explorer. At the start every time i opened the program DEP closed it, so i tried to uninstall it, delete etc and finally when this failed i followed the read & run file on malware and seemed good upto the point where i needed to open the online scanners with IE, obviously this didnt happen so i tried to install the latest update of IE but to no avail.

This is as far as ive got and i cant seem to find a thread specific to my problem ive added the log files runkeys and newfiles.

yeah basically i cant open explorer because of dep which is a recent problem and now my latest headache is that after attempting read & run, neither limewire nor azureus will run when i click open etc i get the hour glass indicator for a second and then nothing i tried uninstalling/reinstalling these programs but no change.... i dont have log for hijack etc unfortunately is this a problem?
