User Accounts in XP Home

    Hi,

    I'm trying to create a kid-safe account - no internet connection, none of my 'big people' music, no access to my work files, ect.

    Everything I've been coming across is either in computer tech language or says to adjust setting in Start-Settings-Control Panel-User Accounts, but the only thing that lets me do is change whether or not it's an admin access (which the kid's account isn't).

    Is there an easy to use guide around somewhere that explains how all this works?
