Using ComboFix on Vista

Hi.
im having trouble with a browser hijeker (the anty-spyware.biz one), and i tried walking through the steps on READ & RUN ME FIRST, but i cant seem to make ComboFix work. i copied it to the desktop, i changed its name as instructed, i closed all my anti-virus software (well, most of them. cos of the hijeker i cant open the task-manager and close everything). when i run this : "%userprofile%\desktop\cf.exe" /killall
Windows pops up a screen saying it cant find the file. maybe its becouse im using a Hebrew version of Vista and not English? the the pathway is not "c:\Users\...." but "C:\Mishtamshim\..." (actualy, Mishtamshim is written in hebrew, as its the hebrew word for "users". all the rest is the same)

Ok, NVM. I managed to get rid of the malware without ComboFix.
