I need some vBulletin help >.>

How do I change the color of the white border thing shown here?

It's in the VM's

And also, see where it says "Page" and it's in dark grey, how can I make that brighter?

I haven't used vBulletin, but I believe it would be in the skin. Search for .thead for the border, and .pagenav for the page thing. After the name, which may include other names in a list or stuff before the period like td or div, will be curly braces {}
Inside those, will be 'color:' to change font color, and 'border:' or 'border-color:' that gives the border color. Colors will be given as a name like black, or as hex codes like #000000, or as rgb(0,0,0) codes. (All those meant black.)
