VCDGear Help,

    I'm following the steps here http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/vcdgearburnatonce.cfm for burning a VCD and I'm having problems.

    In step 2, where it says "Click load and browse the source file", when I double-click, or right-click "select", nothing comes up on the load bar. I've also tried just clicking "Open" and nothing happens.
    Has anyone tried this program? Does anyone else have this problem?

    Also, is there any other way to convert MPEGs into a format suitable for VCD burning?
