Vectorvest Portfolio Manager errors

I have just installed vectorvest and have an id and password.

When I go to Portfolio Manager it starts loading, locks up, gives this series of error messages:

Portfolio Manager: clicking on Portfolio gives Portfolio Loading the the following errors:

Unexpected error (0x80040154) Stack:=cPortSupport:Get Portfolios;
Error Code 2147221164

Click OK and get the following:
Error Message - Type mismatch Stack:=cPort
Error code 13

Click Ok and get the following:
Error Message-Object variable of With block variable not set Stack:=Portfolio:Initialize;
Error code 91

Click OK and get the following:
Unexpected error (0x80040154) Stack:=cPortSupport:Get Portfolios;
Error Code 2147221164

Bottom window "Missing license"

Now able to click "New" "Group". In GroupEdit window can type a group name, click "Save Group"

Error Message:Object variable With block variable not set Stack:=PortfolioTreeView: ghPortfolios_Group'added;

Error Code 91

Thanks for any suggestions. I've tried Vectorvest e-mail, so far no answer. Phone contact only cured part of the problem.
