Ventrilo Server setup

Hey there guys. I'm trying to get my Ventrilo server to allow others to connect to it. Right now, I have the ports currently forwarded through my router, and I do believe that I have all necessary programs allowing vent to work. I most likely am wrong though since it isn't working yet ;P

I'm running windows vista, avast for my anti-virus, and a pretty fast net connection. Can you help me out?

...i think i may have screwed up router config's, that's my best guess...
