Video Card card causing resets?

Hi,

I have Windows XP Pro x64.

I have:
- GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DQ6 LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Motherboard
- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 Kentsfield cpu
- mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel RAM
- CORSAIR CMPSU-850TX 850W
- WD Caviar Black WD1001FALS 1TB, 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s - 7 Hdds
- ASUS EAH4650-DI-512MD2 Graphics Card
- HighPoint RocketRAID 2300 PCI Express SATA II 8-Port Controller Card

I just did a Windows Repair because I had to reset my pc several times before it would boot up all the way to Windows. As soon as it booted up, I received a Critical Error message about my video card and it gave me 2 suggestions to fix it: 1. Go into Display and reduce hardware acceleration to None and uncheck the Enable write combining box. 2. Install up-to-date drivers for my video card.

When I reduced hardware acceleration to None and leave it at None, I don't have to reset my pc in order for Windows to boot up completely to my desktop, but videos are choppy. When I raise it to back up to Full, I have to again reset my computer 2 or 3 times in order for it to boot to my desktop.

I also looked for more up-to-date drivers for my video card but didn't find any.

I ran BurnInTest for all components at 75%, 3 times consecutively which took about 45 minutes and there were no failures, not even my video card. I also ran the RAM Torture Test and my RAM didn't fail.

I ran several anti-malware programs but they found nothing except a few cookies.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and how I can fix it (besides keeping acceleration to 0)?
