Video Card Compatible with Mobo?(INSIDE)

I have a MSI 6577 mobo with NO AGP!
Will this card work with this mobo?

quick answer, yes. however...

what processor are you running? That video card is priced absurdly high, and also you are going to be EXTREMELY limited in any performance gain you are hoping to achieve, as the card is going to be bottlenecked 1) by the PCI slot, and 2) likely by your processor in addition.

i'd stay away from it

 

I have a 2.7GhZ P4 processon.
All im trying to do is play Counter Strike and Counter strike CZ.
I believe it will do better than a 64mg onboard...
And there is nothing else more powerfull that this for PCI.
