Video card interference?

    So, my Zotac 450 graphics card, when connected, is causing both my sound card and usb ports to become unknown to my computer.
    This isn't a power shortage, I have got dual power supply's running through, one powering my computer, and one powering only my card.
    I'm confused, and in dire need of help. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    For any future readers, if your using an HDMI cable on your card, be sure to turn the sound on on your tv. Also, update your drivers.
