Video refersh rate too high - Stuck

    bu mistake set the video refresh rate too high at 100HZ. do not have 100Hz monitor and the video chipset is on board intel 82915G.
    so all i see is boot screen and windows screen and then it goes blank and tells me HV rate is too high.

    I can not go into safe mode - after pressing F8 screen goes blank. I'm stuck
