Virtual Machines With Xen

I have been assigned the task of creating a windows 10 vm for testing purposes and can't seem to get it going
the filesystem is zfs and xen hypervisor 4.1 I have used zfs create to create a disk but when i go to run the machine it gives me the following: libxl: error: libxl.c:892:validate_virtual_disk failed to stat /dev/zvol/vms/win10: No such file or directory

if someone could tell me a tutorial or something that would be awesome or perhaps migrating to lvm safely
also vnc doesnt seem to work on other machines
