virtual memory settings with win xp pro

    hi
    I have a p4 2.53,wd 200g/b hdd,and 1 gig of pc800 rimms running on xp pro,could someone please suggest the optimum settings for virtual memory,paging file etc and any other worthwhile settings/tweaks

    a nice little setup there! imm quite sure that you dont need much virtual ram really, i used a porgram which ill try to dig up a link that had loads of settings for virtual memory and similar

    instead of using a utility to change the settings. Just follow the guide provided by Kodo. This method makes more sense than using a preprogrammed default setting. WIn2k/WinXP Page file settings guide
