Virus, AdAware found, AVG couldn't get rid of it

Performed ad-aware which found it and suggested AVG get rid of it and that it could...but to no avail.
As well performed HiJackThis with new and old versions, deleted what wasn't needed with the site that analyzes the logs and removed what it suggested.
Still stuck with this.

hmmm this sorta sounds like my computer issue now, b/c i can't access any past dates on system restore, so would i turn off system restore settings?

btw, i deleted the swizzor file, by typing the address of its location and simply deleting as some online research said it was ok to simply delete the file itself.

but as i stated earlier, i myself cannot go back in time to a restore point.
What to do now?
-i set a new restore point, where my computer is clean.
-but the mere fact that i can't go back in time to restore makes me wonder if there is something going on...i'm guessing/assuming...yes?
