Virus Detected! pptp32.dll

You guys can check out my earlier post at http://forum.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=769030#post769030

But, I followed your guys thread that told you all the steps on what to do first to try and remove the virus, no luck with that. Whatever, I do either in safe mode or regular mode I can't touch this file and sometimes I can't even find it. The other thing was that TrueVector service that runs with zone alarm is constantly running, and ive tried everything possible to remove it. I did install Zone Alarm but there was an error during the installation and I havnt been able to install it since. I'm not sure if these 2 problems are related but both need to be solved =(. So another further help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I delete the old log file i uploaded

 

Just add a blamk line at the end of the log, save it, and try to attach it again.
