vista and microsoft optical mouse 3000

if anybody has any issues with the microsoft optical mouse 3000 and vista, when pluggin it in the usb port and the screensaver does not work or any power saving schemes, then dl the Microsoft - Other Hardware - HID Non-User Input Data Filter , its an optional dl, so it could be missed. it worked for me. Posting this cause people on this forum help me sometimes and thought about returning the favor incase someone comes accross this problem
