Vista Firewall Adjustment(s)

    Does this (attached) appear "normal" (typical)?

    Could I have it setup better (more secure) and yet still access the internet, please?

    Yes that is normal for the Windows firewall, think default settings in the Windows firewall if you are behind a NAT/SPI router are fine, plus main one in if you safe surf.

    If you wish more control of whats outgoing (as by default the Win FW doesnt offer this as you need to create rules etc) is to install a 3rd party firewall like PCtools, but if your PC is safe and had no malware detected then stick with what you already have, dont change, will only add more things to go wrong.
