vista has been running kinda slow, need help

ok i think i might have something so i'm not sure, but here are all the logs that i have.

it seems to be doing much better now, my main problem is that i had too many things listed in the task manager, something like 63 now i have only 55, so it seems much better. it seemed better even after just running combofix. I also want to tell you that right now I am testing AVG free 8 and I like it, but the only thing i don't like are the safe search and safe surf that it installs, follow this link and you will see what I am talking about. http://grandstreamdreams.blogspot.com/2008/04/taming-avg-free-version-8.html
