Vista - html editor & grapics problem

Hi

I am using Vista Home Premium SP2. I use Front Page 2002. I added a folder to my website and saved it. When I tried to publish the folder using front page, it did not show up as a new folder and said everything was up to date. I then tried to publish using Core FTP Lite. It did not show my new folder as being in the web.

Today I went to a website and tried to upload a new .jpeg graphic, using the sites browse option. It found all my grapics, but not the new one I wanted to upload.

I feel these two problems must be linked , but can't figure it out.

I have set my vista to show all files and that has not helped.

Today I tried running a vista OS recovery disc to try and fin out if I had a problem.

All clear apart from :

System files integrity check and repair : Result failed - error code = 0X490

I had run a chkdsk/f and it found no problem.

Can anyone please advise me ?
