Vista Tweaks and Customization

Anyone a Vista hack yet ?? Just installed it and having a few issues

slow booting up
getting rid of Windows mail, calender, photo and other unnecessary programs

If anyone can recommend what I should do for firewalls/security, performance tweaking, and internet tweaking that would be great

PCTools FW is excellent for Vista.

Other than that...I disable Windows animations when maximizing/minimizing.

SP1 adds some nice performance improvements too, but thats not available to the general public yet.

I'll be applying them to #2 sons' Vista laptop soon. Bazza
