I am having problems click on clicking "Connect to a Network" My internet works fine both wireless and LAN. My laptop does have a switch to switch wireless on/off.

The little connection icon in the lower right hand corner next to the clock will not let me click on "Connect to a Network" I can click on the one below it "Networking and Sharing Center" and it opens fine.

The only way to fix this problem is to System Restore, but after time I have to constantly do this.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
    Thanks
