Vista Will Load Past Loading Screen

Problems:
Vista will not load past the loading screen
Boot up screens look slightly garbled with patterns of vertical lines

Catches:
WILL load in safe mode
WILL load in normal mode IF nvidia driver is DISABLED


Some things I have noticed is that in certain resolutions(mostly anything that isnt titled "TRUE COLOR" the screen also looks somewhat garbled(like the boot up). Otherwise it looks fine.


Any ideas?


Ive already updated to the latest nvidia driver.








...Ohh and its a DELL m1710 LAPTOP.
Nvidia Go 7900 GTX card
