Vista won't open my user manual CD but XP will?

    I bought a Fluke 77 IV multimeter today to use at my job. A CD with user manual ect. was included in the box that I inserted into my PC running Vista Business x64. It would not open and I get an error message.
    Adobe reader is up to date according to Secunia.
    This CD opens fine on my XP machine.
    What do I need to change on my Vista business x64 machine in order to open this document?

    Ya, often the start program doesn't work in Vista/W7 because they want to use up current inventory instead of burning new disks. Try grabbing what you need from Fluke directly.
