Visual C++ run time library--error

    Hey guys, I am hoping someone can help me out. I am receiving this runtime error at startup. It appears to be related to my firewall. I currently have CA Internet security suite.

    the program in the error message states:

    Internet security suite\CA personal firewall\capfsem.exe.

    Appreciate any help.
