I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this question, but here goes...

We have about 30 employees and are considering upgrading from at DSL to T1 line and going to VOIP for our business. I am wondering if anyone has experience in making this shift. Also, we would like to stay with a PBX based system.

Any referrals or advice would be appreciated.

I have worked with the Avaya voip line and had much luck. A pbx type setup is possible too.
