Vpn And Lan Ip Address Conflict

    I hope that this has not been posted before. Here is the problem I need to connect to my work VPN. But the problem is that it has the same IP and my LAN IP so it is conflicting. I have a balkin router. If that helps any. What do I need to change and how. Please break it down for me. Thanks.
