W32.Rogue.Gen - UNCHECKY Beta 0.1.3

HI, My copy of WebRoot SecureAnyWhere has (for the second time - the other being yesterday) pulled this download "Unchecky Beta 0.1.3.exe" as containing "W32.Rogue.Gen".
Is this correct or a false positive?
Appreciate any info.

Hi, This issue has now been resolved with Webroot;
Here is their reply;
>> "Thank you for submitting your report. We have examined the logs from your system and found that the detected items were the result of a false positive, and are not a threat. We have updated our security definitions to address this." <<
