Want to turn off bubbles in from system tray

    Is there a way I can turn off those pop up bubbles that tell me when I on the internet or not? Or any other bubble?

    Open "my computer". Go to tools, folder options, view. It's right near the bottom on that list. "show pop-up description for folder and desktop items"

    At least I think that will deal with those.
