Hi Tim W,

Could you or someone explain this part of the directions to me please? I am unclear as to what or how I do this part. A little experience with computers, not a whole lot. Thanks.

* Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista or Win7, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

Then attach the below logs:

o C:\MGlogs.zip

It means you download the latest version of MGtools and save it to your root folder. Then double click the MGTools,exe ( or right click the exe file if running Vista and choose to run it as administrator). It will install the MGTools and result in a zip file located at C:\MGLogs.zip

Once we have created a fix, we need to recheck your system. So the way to generate a new MGLogs.zip is to either double click the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file ( unless you have Vista or Win7) or right click and choose to run it as administrator.
