Una Mas Por Favor!

Michael Hearne singing his "drinkin' song", Una Mas Por Favor, at a house concert somewhere. Some of my best musical memories are of hearing Mike Hearne solo and as lead singer and guitarist in the band South by Southwest at The Sagebrush Inn on the south side of Taos, NM on vacations out there over the years. If you can catch Mike solo in New Mexico or Texas (where I believe he lives now) or playing in South by Southwest (the band, not to be confused with the huge southwestern music/art/film festival of the same name, held annually, I think, in Austin -- but hey, Mike Hearne and company could well show up there too!) don't miss it.

These guys, the Dirty Loops, I am crazy about them right now. Every time I listen to their music I feel multiple volcanoes in my head erupting the mad torrents of emotions. It's amazing. Unmatched and unique.
