web cam recommendation

    I would appreciate some help in selecting an entry level web cam. I am using Yahoo Messenger.

    I see web cams on ebay for less that $20 including shipping. Some include microphones or head sets. Some have night lights. Some are 1.3 MP and some 350K. My Sister has one and the picture is not very good and motions are kind of jerky.

    I would appreciate recommendations or advice on what specifications to look for. Emphasis on entry level.

    Will appreciate any help.
