webclient/publisher temporary files

    When I do a disk clean on my Windows xp home edition I show 38,176kb
    in my "webclient/publisher temporary Files"I select this to be cleaned but
    when I check back to see if files have been removed I find that they are
    still their.

    Would like to know why this is the case?
