I recently had a message on my webroot spysweeper with anti virus software saying I could get their backup software for free. I signed up for it and filled in all my info, but now when I start up my computer I have a message pop up that says please log in to your account. When I put my password in it says log on failure: Backup instance not initialized. I went into services.msc and set windows backup service to automatic and made sure it was started but still no luck. I've googled the error and checked webroot's support sight but still can't figure out what to do. I would just get rid of it, but I can't even figure out how to do that! Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Yeah I was gonna call them today, still have good contacts from when I was a network administrator, but I wanted to see if I could fix it before I resorted to support. I'll probably email or call them though. Thanks for all the contact info!
