Weird Graphical Glitching (All Games)

its a radion 9800 pro. direct x 9.0c. we've tried a lot of different driver versions and its the same on all of them. its not overclocked which i confirmed with the ati tool. and im now completly out of ideas .. if its not directx , its not a ridiculious manufacturer overclock , and its not the drivers i dont know what to suggest . so i come to you! the good people of this forum. help me spread joy by fixing a young mans computer problems!

 

Do the problems occur only when your playing games???

Have you changed any equipment that is hooked up to the computer.

For example, monitor, video card, motherboard, processor???

 

the pproblem seems to have been cured. upon starting the system cold this morning i had the guy run the ati tools 3d cube thing. hazzah no bizareeness. so i got him to take the side panel off his pc and stick a "15 desk fan next to it. he has now been playing city of villans for many hours without a problem. so there we have it .. heat
