weird gta episodes from liberty city glitch

today i was playing the pc version of gta episodes from liberty city (the lost and damned episode) and i got this weird graphical glitch.:confused

To let you know my pc specs are:
Cpu: intel core 2 quad 2.5 gig
Mobo: intel dp43tf (latest bios update & chipset drivers)
Memory: 3 gig
Psu: rosewill green series 630 watt
Video card: his radeon hd4670 1 gig (latest drivers)
Os windows vista home premium 32 bit (latest updates)Has anyone else had glitches like this?

 

What the...? That looks ugly. Also looks like you need to update either driver of DirectX

And no, I've never seen that glitch, on account of not owning the game.

 

Did you also update the game?
This is a blind shoot but maybe its helps.
it could also a loading error on second thought.
Also how fast you drive?
sound stupid but in GTA San Andreas and Vice City i had the same problem that nothing was loaded a just a second later it appeared.
usually with a big crash with a car or a airplane.

And yes i do have gta eflc patched lastest version.
