Weird Things happening.. Pic Included

Hi Guys,

Ok I thought I would upgrade CCleaner and give my system a cleanup since I was already organising my installs, basically cleaning them up to make it a little more presentable and less 'Everywhere'... But instead I noticed that my Icons are starting to disappear for stuff I havent even touched, and also this weird 'Media Centre' thing I noticed via CCleaner, which should NOT be their as I have XP Pro SP2 machine, and I downloaded the nVidia 81.95 Drivers for XP Pro... Hmmmmm
