Running XP SP3 I recently uninstalled a program that was managing the logon screen. Upon restart I have no logon screen. there are four user accounts only one with a password.

I notice in Tweak UI that all four user accounts are still checked. I've also gone to use accounts and verified that Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching are both still checked.

How can I get the logon screen with four users showing back?

BTW, I've thought about inserting the Windows CD at start up and going into "Repair" when it shows up, but hopping there is an easier way.

If there is a small program that manages logon screen design and layout I would consider using one.
