Western Digital Hardrive Not Working

    I have a external hardrive for about 2 years now and i just noticed that its not working, the red light stays on but its not reading the f drive.I hooked it up to another computer and nothing still:-(the model is wd1200b007 wdxc1200

    Then look at the guarantee. Some are 3 to 5 years.
