What Is Cheapest Way 2 Upgrade Inspiron 2650 for Memory & Hard Drive??

Was given a Dell Inspiron 2650
Person was gonna toss it in trash
But I wanna upgrade the hard drive (right now it's only 6 gig) and the memory (right now it's only 510 MB RAM). I know it's old and not worth that much money but I do not have a computer right now at all and I only have maybe $110 to put into it. Is it possible to make it work well enough to access music and video on the internet for that amount of money? My friends keep saying to go online and it's totally possible...

but where and how??

I know nothing about pre made laptops like this dell ... ARGHHH!!!

Check eBay. I would post links, but I'm not to sure on the rules of these forums regarding links to eBay. Just search for Dell Inspiron 2650, I found a bunch of stuff in your price range for it within 3 minutes.

 

unfortunately for 110 you won't get much of an upgrade. A laptop hard drive may cost you anywhere from 50 to 100 (if you find a good sale) and memory (if it can be upgraded) will cost anywhere from 25-50. If you get the low end of both you spend 75 if you get the high end you spend 150. there are dozens of websites that will sell you hard drives and memory to fit you computer open your browser and type in dell laptop hard drive. for ram you can do the same thing however I shopped at the site below they were able to tell me exactly what size memory my computer would take.
