    Hi
I've had a number of windows crashes resulting in minidumps being created. Can someone please interpret one for me (hopefully attached as a word file)? thanks

As a first step I would take out the memory modules, clean their contacts and reinsert.
Then I would download either the Microsoft memory tester or Memtest86 or 86+ and test the RAM.

Post again when you have done this.

thanks for the advice - I shall give them a wipe & run a test overnight & see what happens. So you think there is a memory problem?

Yes it couldn't access some memory for some reason.

OK, so I removed all three memory sticks and gave the connections a little wipe with a Q tip soaked in alcohol. Installed them again, though not back into the same slots. I've run memtest 86 3.3 for 12 hours and no errors came up. Could it be cured or do I need to run the test for longer? Here are another couple of minidumps that occured last week.
