I think you are asking for help on an issue but I'm confused as to what you are asking?
I'm assuming you may be talking about the email bounce back marked delivery failure?
Someone else may understand what you are asking or telling us but I'm confused.

If i understand you correctly when a email is sent out this one appears int he recipients inbox along with yours.

try this under the tools section, select option,under customize email, click, personal email signature, then remove the entire contents of that box , then click save that should do it. If you have a question on how to gt there let me know
