What would cause missing colors?

    What would be causing this? its really annoying.:cry Its not my computer its my mothers i just hooked it back up from the move.. Its a Compaq Presario SR1923WM

    Hi Kris

    Try clicking View > Page Style and if set to No Style, click Basic Page Style

    Thinking its an accessabilty option, so try also Tools > Options > Content > Colours > and untick Use System Colours and tick Allow Pages to Use their own Colours and OK > OK

    Hi

    Do you get the same screen background colours with IE or Opera?

    Possible other cause is Accessability options in Windows itself, goto Control Panel and check that High Contrast in Display is not in use http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/accessibility/highcontrast.mspx *cannot fully remember the right location as not on XP now, but check Accessabilty options.
